In these terms and conditions ‘the Company’ shall mean TeaCargo and/or teacargo.com and ‘the Customer’ shall mean anyone who purchases from teacargo.com. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time.
We expect your tea to be of good quality, if however you are not entirely satisfied with your product then please return it to us postage paid together with your invoice/delivery note. We shall replace or refund any unopened packets.
Teacargo.com accepts payments via our secure online credit/debit card systems on our website. The online credit card payment gateway is provided by PayPal and Google Payment Limited. Both are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution.
REFUND POLICY
In accordance with EU law, you have a right to cancel your order within 7 days. To cancel please email happiness@teacargo.com quoting your order number (shown on your invoice/delivery note) and we shall make a refund within 30 days of receipt of product in an undamaged condition together with original packaging and invoice/delivery note.
